Most people today fail to connect the dots as to how information should be taught in such a fast changing environment. The real key lies in locating the current methods for learning and then seeking the absolute best practice models, formats or examples available. As soon as you have identified which example represents best practice you or your group must engage that method immediately. That translates into real action, not conversation. Put your best practice information into action! Period!And ask the same question next week, because change will have evolved and you may or might not have to make adjustments!

It is painfully clear to me that currently way too many public and private schools (officials & teachers included), libraries, community centers and an incredible number of other so-called local learning environments are moving much to slow in accepting and flowing with today's remarkable digital interactive multimedia oriented learning norms.

One of the most fascinating, perplexing and ongoing observances for me is to see how so many educated people in the community are continuing to reach back for outdated methods of communication. Everything we do is tied to communication. Folks, we've shifted beyond radio, television and newsprint. Yes they're still important! But if we're going to compete,thrive and flourish today and beyond in our schools communities, neighborhoods and blocks we absolutely must begin to get in step with what's what regarding social media, twitter, facebook, linkden, and especially things google.

My purpose here is to demonstrate exactly where the community must shift it's focus. In order to follow where the new jobs will emerge.

1. Think about starting a micro business!

4. That brings us to where things are now and where we ought to focus.
